§ 14-25. Authority of public works director to enter private premises.

(a)

The town board has designated the public works director to perform the duties of public works director under Wis. Stats. ch. 27, and may authorize such director to perform the duties and exercise the powers imposed on the town board by this article.

(b)

The public works director or his authorized representative may enter upon private premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of examining any tree or shrub located upon or over such premises and carrying out any of the provisions of this article.
