§ 16-25. Fire department equipment and apparatus.

Latest version.

All fire department equipment and apparatus, including ambulances, operated by the fire department, shall be owned by the town. Any replacement or additions to such equipment or apparatus shall likewise be owned by the town. Any liquidation, disposal or sale of any equipment or apparatus shall be by town board approval.
