§ 18-5. Use of impact fee.
The town clerk-treasurer shall collect impact fees assessed under the terms of this chapter upon issuance of a building permit related to the land development. The funds maintained by the town clerk-treasurer shall be segregated into a separate account, and shall be used by the town board for the purpose of reducing indebtedness incurred by the town as a result of the local cost share assessment relating to the construction and improvement of S.T.H. 59, as well as annual expenditures required for the improvement and upgrading of town roads and rights-of-way which provide access to arterial highways.
