§ 20-250. Required plans.
The following plans and accompanying construction specifications, as applicable, shall be provided by the subdivider and reviewed and approved by the town, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR), the Waukesha Sewerage District, Waukesha Water Utility, county department of parks and land use, other applicable departments of the county, the Army Corps. of Engineers, and the town engineer, as applicable, before construction or installation of improvements is authorized:
(1)
Street plans and profiles as required showing existing and proposed grades, elevations and cross sections of required improvements.
(2)
Sanitary sewer plans and profiles as required showing the locations, grades, sizes, elevations and materials of required facilities.
(3)
Stormwater management plans, calculations, and profiles showing the locations, grades, sizes, cross sections, elevations and materials of required facilities which includes street culverts and lot culverts.
(4)
Water main plans and profiles as required showing the locations, sizes, elevations and materials of required facilities.
(5)
Master site grading plan showing the finished grades of each lot in the subdivision.
(6)
Planting plans as required showing the locations, age, caliper, and species of any required grasses, vines, shrubs, and trees.
(7)
Erosion and sedimentation control plans per county ordinance, as applicable.
(8)
Additional special plans or information as required.
