§ 22-35. Penalties and prosecution.

(a)

Any person, partnership, or corporation who is found to have violated this article shall be subject to a forfeiture as provided by section 1-7 and shall result in the revocation of any license.

(b)

Each violation of this article shall be considered a separate offense, and any violation continuing more than one day shall be considered a separate offense.
