§ 24-5. Bond and oath of municipal judge.

The municipal judge shall, after election or appointment to fill a vacancy, take and file the official oath as prescribed in Wis. Stats. § 757.02(1) pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 755.03, with the clerk of circuit court for the county, and at the same time shall execute and file an official bond in the penal sum of $3,000.00.
