§ 2-23. Elections to town board.

(a)

Membership. The town board consists of the town chairperson and supervisors one, two three and four.

(b)

Elections. The town chairperson and supervisors one and two are elected in odd-numbered years and supervisors three and four are elected in even-numbered years. All members serve for two-year terms.
