§ 2-234. Claims against town.

(a)

The town clerk-treasurer shall immediately contact the town chairperson regarding claims that have been filed. The town chairperson shall arrange any appropriate and necessary meeting of the town board for actions pursuant to Wis. Stats. §§ 60.44 and 893.80 to allow or disallow any claim. The town chairperson shall, at his discretion, contact the town attorney regarding the claim prior to the meeting of the town board.

(b)

The town board shall allow or disallow the claim.
