§ 4-1. Definitions.

As used in this chapter the terms "alcohol beverages," "intoxicating liquors," "principal business," "legal drinking age," "premises," "sell," "sold," "sale," "restaurant," "club," "retailer," "person," "fermented malt beverages," "wholesalers," "retailers," "operators," and "non-intoxicating beverages" shall have the meaning given to them by Wis. Stats. ch. 125.
