§ 20-115. Recordation.

The final plat shall be recorded with the county register of deeds only after the certificates of the state department of local affairs and development, of the town board, of the surveyor, and those certificates required by Wis. Stats. § 236.21 are placed on the face of the plat. The plat shall be recorded by the town clerk-treasurer or designee after receipt of all fees from the subdivider and within 30 days of its approval by the town board.
