§ 20-116. Duplicate plat required.

Prior to the recording of the plat, the subdivider shall reimburse the town for all reproductions, including a duplicate reproducible copy of the plat on dimensionally stable polyester film to the town along with copies in an amount and format as set forth in the applicable procedure, and shall provide the town with one copy in an electronic format as required by the town engineer or town clerk-treasurer.
